NEXGAINIO AI Pro ("we", "our", "the app") is a Windows desktop application. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

What's stored locally on your device

• Generated listings, drafts and your generation history
• App settings, including your AI provider configuration
• Your license and trial status

This data lives in your local application data folder and is never uploaded to us as part of normal use.

What's sent to third parties

• Your AI provider — listing content you generate is sent to the AI provider you configure with your own API key, subject to that provider's own privacy terms.
• Marketplaces you connect — Publishing Center sends listing data to Etsy, Shopify, Amazon or eBay only when you explicitly publish to an account you've connected.
• Account authentication — if you create an account, sign-in is handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) to manage your session and subscription status.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to third parties.
• We don't read the content of listings you generate for any purpose other than delivering the feature you triggered.

Payments

Online checkout is not live yet. Once available, payment processing will be handled by our payment provider, and this policy will be updated to describe exactly what billing data they process.

Your choices

You can delete your account and local data at any time from Account Center inside the app, or by uninstalling the application.
