These terms govern your use of NEXGAINIO AI Pro (the "app"). By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

NEXGAINIO AI Pro is a desktop application that generates, exports and publishes product listings using AI. Free and Pro plans are described on our Pricing page; feature availability depends on your active plan.

Trials

New installations receive a one-time 7-day trial with full Pro access. Deactivating and reactivating a license does not grant a new trial.

Your account and API keys

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and any AI provider API keys you configure secure, and for all activity and charges incurred through your own AI provider account.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the app to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or violates a marketplace's own listing policies.
• Don't attempt to circumvent licensing or trial restrictions.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of listings you publish to marketplaces.

Payments and billing

Self-serve online payment is not live yet. Once available, paid plans will be billed by our payment provider under terms disclosed at checkout, and this section will be updated accordingly.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is." AI-generated content may contain errors — review listings before publishing them to a live marketplace. We are not responsible for outcomes on third-party marketplaces resulting from published content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
